Trained in Investment Banking, Rick offers a refreshing mix of financial control and commercial acumen and has a consistent track record of providing valuable management guidance, driving collaboration and optimizing performance in fast paced environments. 

Previously the Finance COO at the London Stock Exchange Group his focus has since been on start up and high growth companies.
